We are currently recruiting for a Cook to join the team at an Aged Care facility located in Tenterfield, NSW. We are mainly looking for permanent candidates but can also accommodate temporary staff for block bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to dietary needs while emphasising food safety regulations
• Confident in medium-high volume meal preparation.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred environment by adhering to quality, hygiene, and infection control standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Great communication skills and excellent attention to detail
• Understanding of food and beverage standards
• NDIS Worker Clearance (updated)
• National Police Clearance (updated)
• Safe Food Handling Certificate
• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Aged care experience (highly desirable)
• Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery (desirable but not essential)
• Food Safety Supervisor (desirable)
• HACCP Certificate (desirable)
